What is Sublime?

Sublime is a project that aims at excellence Enogastronomic, through a constant search for everything that is really GOOD

Passion, curiosity and audacity push us to seek the best, to want to touch perfection. The kitchen is not made of ingredients, but the exact combination of them. Experimenting, researching, testing and daring are the key to pushing our borders further and further. And they are sometimes the most surprising combinations, what today seems risky, to dictate the direction of tomorrow. This is the philosophy that moves us, what inspires us and what drives us to be pioneers.

Beauty is in the details. We believe in the importance of all the elements that complete every single dish. In the first place, the choice of raw materials is fundamental, as is also their seasonality. The setting has a very important role because the sight, like the palate, is one of the five senses and just as in front of a work of art, the mind opens to beauty. It’s the creativity that makes the difference, what nourishes body and soul.

Giulia

Born in Alessandria, (Piedmont, Italy) in the kitchen of her mother’s restaurant.

At five years he was there, he followed her and watched her curious to see her prepare the traditional dishes of her land, Piedmont, just felt right away that that would be her way.

Long before he began his studies in hospitality at the Artusi Institute, cooking has always been astonishment, discovery and a great passion.

The studies were fundamental in her path because they allowed her to focus on new horizons that until then were only imagination or intuition.

From then on she finally had the tools that still accompany her today and that has continued to refine over time.

Giulia, has never been an average student, she has always stood out for her talent, her passion, her dedication and her creativity.

This also allowed him to win several competitions, one of which he is particularly proud of is his first place at the Caseus competition in ALMA, where his boldness and creativity were rewarded by winning this important national competition.

After his studies he collaborated with excellent facilities throughout Italy ranging from gourmet cuisine to major events such as ceremonies and weddings. Alongside important faces of the national scene, he has treasured the experience he has acquired in both the kitchen and pastry.
