Cookies with chocolate chips

Cookies or chocolate chip cookies are American cookies of variable size, usually round, flat, tender and flavored with chocolate chips, oats, raisins, nuts, or other types of dried fruit.

Cookies are often served with drinks such as milk, coffee or tea, in which the consumer generally dips them, a method that “releases” more aroma by dissolving the sugar while making them softer on the palate.

Ingredients

  • 500 gr butter
  • 375 gr Muscovado cane sugar
  • 2 gr salt
  • 200 gr eggs
  • 750 gr flour 00
  • 10 gr yeast
  • 2 gr vanilla
  • 500 gr chopped chocolate into small pieces

Instructions

  • I mix butter, sugar and salt.
  • I add the eggs flush.
  • I sift the powders (flour, baking powder and vanilla) into the mixture.
  • I combine the chocolate and cool in the fridge.
  • When the dough is a consistent dough, I form balls of the size I prefer and bake at 150 ° C, checking the cooking from time to time.
  • Cool down.
