Ingredients

  • 200 gr butter
  • 180 gr sugar
  • 270 gr flour
  • 200 gr eggs
  • 6 gr yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • vanilla
  • Rum
  • 1 lemon zest

Instructions

  • Whip butter and sugar
  • Add the rum, vanilla and lemon zest
  • Add the eggs, one at a time and a pinch of salt
  • Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the dough.

  • Bake in a convection oven at 180 ° C
