Mousse allo yogurt

The yogurt mousse is a delicious dessert, a soft and foamy cold cream based on yogurt, very easy that requires only three ingredients and that lends itself to many variations and can be comfortably served at a dessert buffet or for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of cream
  • 600 gr yogurt
  • 350 gr powder sugar

Instructions

  • Whip the cream, when the mixture is almost whipped add the yogurt and the sifted icing sugar.
  • Dress the mousse in small glasses
  • cool and refrigerate
