Ingredients

  • 500 gr beef rump
  • aromatic herbs to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare a mixture of herbs and infuse it in extra virgin olive oil,
  • Cut the meat to 3 cm thick and salt on both sides.
  • Cook on a very hot plate and while it is cooking brush with the mince.
    !!! it is advisable to use so-called “hard” aromatic herbs: Rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, oregano and sage. !!!
