Ingredients

  • 50 gr brown sugar
  • 60 gr salt
  • 40 gr celery salt
  • 30 gr garlic powder
  • 30 gr onion powder
  • 120 gr paprika
  • 12 gr fennel seeds
  • 10 gr oregano
  • 20 gr pepper
  • 20 gr rosemary

Instructions

  • Place the beef in a container and cover with the mixture of all the previously prepared ingredients.
  • Close the container and leave everything to marinate for at least 24 hours.
  • At the end of the marinating time, drain the back of the marinade and cut into slices 2-3 cm thick.
  • Cooking on the grill
