Marinade for grilled meats
Grilled beef
Ingredients
- 50 gr brown sugar
- 60 gr salt
- 40 gr celery salt
- 30 gr garlic powder
- 30 gr onion powder
- 120 gr paprika
- 12 gr fennel seeds
- 10 gr oregano
- 20 gr pepper
- 20 gr rosemary
Instructions
- Place the beef in a container and cover with the mixture of all the previously prepared ingredients.
- Close the container and leave everything to marinate for at least 24 hours.
- At the end of the marinating time, drain the back of the marinade and cut into slices 2-3 cm thick.
