Spiced chicken

For this recipe I recommend using wings or thighs.

it is very important to respect the marinating hours to obtain a tasty meat.

Optimal cooking is on the grill or in the oven, but you can experiment with sous vide or slow cooking.

Ingredients

  • 30 gr sweet chili sauce
  • 15 gr barbecue sauce
  • 8 gr mustard
  • 8 gr teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 lime
  • 8 gr vinegar syrup
  • 8 gr apple cider vinegar
  • 5 gr salt
  • 10 gr olive oil

Instructions

  • Leave the wings to flavor for at least 6/8 hours.
  • You can cook them both on the grill and in the oven at 270 degrees for 10 minutes.
