Spiced chicken
For this recipe I recommend using wings or thighs.
it is very important to respect the marinating hours to obtain a tasty meat.
Optimal cooking is on the grill or in the oven, but you can experiment with sous vide or slow cooking.
Spiced chicken

Ingredients
- 30 gr sweet chili sauce
- 15 gr barbecue sauce
- 8 gr mustard
- 8 gr teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 lime
- 8 gr vinegar syrup
- 8 gr apple cider vinegar
- 5 gr salt
- 10 gr olive oil
Instructions
- Leave the wings to flavor for at least 6/8 hours.
- You can cook them both on the grill and in the oven at 270 degrees for 10 minutes.
