Ingredients

Instructions
Whip eggs and sugar, when the mixture begins to lighten add a pinch of salt and continue whipping.
Add the oil, cinnamon and lemon zest.
Begin to gradually incorporate the flour previously combined with the yeast and vanillin.
Finally, add the milk at room temperature.
Cut the apples to the size you prefer, add them to the dough and mix them in such a way that a little mixture remains on all the apples.
Grease and flour the pan and bake at 170 °C for 50 minutes.
Remove from the mold only when it is very cold.

Storage: 2/3 days in the fridge.
