Cut the rump into pieces, into slices or into small pieces depending on how you prefer.
Put the rump in the flour.
Brown in a pot with oil, when it will form the golden crust, add cream and curry and finish cooking.
Notes
In case you want to add vegetables (peas, peppers, carrots...), proceed to cut the vegetables and blanch them in salted water leaving them al dente, add them to the recipe when you add cream and curry and finish cooking.
You can also replace beef with the meat you prefer or even with prawns without shells, keeping the process the same.
