Ingredients

slices of red tuna fillet
"Terriyaki" soy sauce
garlic
sesame
sesame oil
Instructions
Put the soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil and crushed garlic clove in a bowl.
Leave the tuna steak to infuse in the liquid for 5/7 minutes.
In a very hot pan with a drop of oil, sear the tuna (previously drained) only on the sides so that it remains raw in the center.
Slice and serve.
