Instructions
Mix the flours with the sugar and coconut in a planetary mixer, add the egg whites a little at a time.
Stop the mixer and add the jam.
Operate the planetary mixer again and incorporate the "hazelnut" butter slowly, and work until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Put the mixture in the silicone molds and bake at 180 ° C for 12 minutes.
Cool well and unmold gently only when they are cold, they could break.
