Instructions
Foam the eggs and egg yolks, sugar and zest for 15-18 minutes.
Add the oil and flour.
Form then sprinkle with icing sugar and leave to rest until the upper crust is created (about 1 hour)
Bake at 200 °C for 6-7 min.
