Aromas to taste I recommend: orange blossomcitrus zest, Rum, almond extract
Instructions
Whip the soft butter and sugar, in the case of adding flavorings this is the best time to do it, as the aromas have the maximum release of flavor in contact with fats.
When the mixture is frothy, add the eggs, one at a time.
Add the marzipan in small flakes.
Finally add the flour and mix by hand.
This filling requires cooking, it must therefore be inserted into a cake before baking it.
