I create a mixture with all the liquid ingredients.
Flour, yeast and sugar in a planetary mixer, add the liquid mixture twice (first 2/3 and when the remaining 1/3 is smooth).
Mix for a few minutes.
In a hot, non-stick, round saucepan, put a small ladle of mixture and cook on both sides, thus creating the pancakes.
!!! it will be time to turn the pancakes when on the surface of the uncooked part you will begin to see some small bubbles and the surface will be opaque !!!
