Instructions
Cook the polenta in salted water and leave it soft.
Apart from creating a Polish with yeast and a little water and let rise.
Knead all the ingredients with the egg yolks.
Add whipped egg whites.
Once the dough is homogeneous put in buttered cups.
Bake in the oven at 160 ยบ C.
