Instructions
To begin to blend the eggs and cream, then add salt, pepper and parmesan cheese;
Mix the egg mixture with ricotta cheese.
Roll out the puff pastry in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pierce it.
Caramelize the onion in a saucepan and use it to create a bed at the base of the cake, just above the puff pastry.
Add the Raclette, previously cut into cubes and pour the mixture of eggs and ricotta cheese.
Bake in a ventilated oven at 180 ยบ C for 40 min.
Notes
It is possible with the same doses to make small Raclette cakes for a tasty appetizer.
