Spinach flan with Taleggio cream

Ingredients
Flan of spinach:

spinach

grated parmesan cheese

Cream of Taleggio:
300
gr
Taleggio cheese
200
ml
cream
Instructions
For the flan:
Sautee the spinach with shallots
Combine all the ingredients for the flan and blend
Arrange the dough in buttered cakes
Cook in a bain-marie at 180°C for 30 min.
For the Taleggio cream:
Combine in a saucepan the cream and the taleggio cut into cubes.
Over low heat gently melt the taleggio in the cream.
Turn out the flan and cover it with taleggio cream.
