Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 liter of apple cider vinegar
  • 100 gr honey
  • salt
  • juniper
  • cloves
  • cardamom
  • cumin

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and create a syrup by reducing, bringing to a boil.
