Ingredients

  • 120 gr eggs
  • 30 gr yolks
  • 120 gr sugar
  • Lemon zest
  • 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 130 gr flour

Instructions

  • Foam the eggs and egg yolks, sugar and zest for 15-18 minutes.
  • Add the oil and flour.
  • Form then sprinkle with icing sugar and leave to rest until the upper crust is created (about 1 hour)
  • Bake at 200 °C for 6-7 min.
