Ingredients

  • 300 gr eggs
  • 120 gr sugar
  • 150 gr flour
  • 30 gr cocoa powder
  • 20 gr salt
  • 30 gr parmesan
  • 100 gr Abate pears optional
  • black pepper
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  • Beat eggs with sugar and salt
  • Add the sifted flour and then the other ingredients being careful not to disassemble the mixture
  • Bake at 180 º C for 19 minutes.
