Cocoa salted sponge cake
Soft and spongy, the classic recipe or in the version with pears, can be used to make sandwiches, as a base for savory canapés or tasty snacks.
Try it with some cheeses or savory chutneys.

Ingredients
- 300 gr eggs
- 120 gr sugar
- 150 gr flour
- 30 gr cocoa powder
- 20 gr salt
- 30 gr parmesan
- 100 gr Abate pears optional
- black pepper
- cinnamon
Instructions
- Beat eggs with sugar and salt
- Add the sifted flour and then the other ingredients being careful not to disassemble the mixture
- Bake at 180 º C for 19 minutes.
