Ingredients

  • 900 gr Puff pastry
  • 350 gr Raclette
  • 100 gr eggs
  • 150 gr cream
  • 150 gr ricotta
  • 50 gr parmesan
  • 2 onions
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • To begin to blend the eggs and cream, then add salt, pepper and parmesan cheese;
  • Mix the egg mixture with ricotta cheese.
  • Roll out the puff pastry in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pierce it.
  • Caramelize the onion in a saucepan and use it to create a bed at the base of the cake, just above the puff pastry.
  • Add the Raclette, previously cut into cubes and pour the mixture of eggs and ricotta cheese.
  • Bake in a ventilated oven at 180 º C for 40 min.

Notes

It is possible with the same doses to make small Raclette cakes for a tasty appetizer.
