Ingredients

  • 1 kg of white flour
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 1/2 liter sunflower oil
  • 1/2 liter yogurt
  • 200 gr starch or cornstarch
  • 9 eggs
  • 45 gr yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 vanillin sachets
  • natural flavors to taste

Instructions

  • Divide the egg yolks from the whites, whip the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and whip the yolks with the sugar and herbs.
  • Add the yogurt and oil to the egg yolk mixture.
  • Finally mix by hand with a spatula the flour, starch, yeast, vanilla, sifted together and add little by little, alternating with the mixture of whipped egg whites.
  • Grease and flour the molds, insert the finished dough and bake at 180 ° C and from time to time check the cooking.
  • It will be cooked when piercing the center of the mold with a toothpick it will come out dry and without the dough attached.
