9 EGG CAKE

Ingredients
- 1 kg of white flour
- 1 kg sugar
- 1/2 liter sunflower oil
- 1/2 liter yogurt
- 200 gr starch or cornstarch
- 9 eggs
- 45 gr yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 vanillin sachets
- natural flavors to taste
Instructions
- Divide the egg yolks from the whites, whip the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and whip the yolks with the sugar and herbs.
- Add the yogurt and oil to the egg yolk mixture.
- Finally mix by hand with a spatula the flour, starch, yeast, vanilla, sifted together and add little by little, alternating with the mixture of whipped egg whites.
- Grease and flour the molds, insert the finished dough and bake at 180 ° C and from time to time check the cooking.
