APPLE PIE

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 500 gr sugar
- 500 gr flour
- 4 apples
- lemon zest
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 250 ml milk at room temperature
- 15 gr yeast
- 15 gr vanillin
- cinnamon
Instructions
- Whip eggs and sugar, when the mixture begins to lighten add a pinch of salt and continue whipping.
- Add the oil, cinnamon and lemon zest.
- Begin to gradually incorporate the flour previously combined with the yeast and vanillin.
- Finally, add the milk at room temperature.
- Cut the apples to the size you prefer, add them to the dough and mix them in such a way that a little mixture remains on all the apples.
- Grease and flour the pan and bake at 170 °C for 50 minutes.
- Remove from the mold only when it is very cold.

Storage: 2/3 days in the fridge.
