Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 500 gr sugar
  • 500 gr flour
  • 4 apples
  • lemon zest
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 250 ml milk at room temperature
  • 15 gr yeast
  • 15 gr vanillin
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  • Whip eggs and sugar, when the mixture begins to lighten add a pinch of salt and continue whipping.
  • Add the oil, cinnamon and lemon zest.
  • Begin to gradually incorporate the flour previously combined with the yeast and vanillin.
  • Finally, add the milk at room temperature.
  • Cut the apples to the size you prefer, add them to the dough and mix them in such a way that a little mixture remains on all the apples.
  • Grease and flour the pan and bake at 170 °C for 50 minutes.
  • Remove from the mold only when it is very cold.

Notes

Storage: 2/3 days in the fridge.
