Ingredients
- 120 gr eggs
- 30 gr yolks
- 120 gr sugar
- Lemon zest
- 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 130 gr flour
Instructions
- Foam the eggs and egg yolks, sugar and zest for 15-18 minutes.
- Add the oil and flour.
- Form then sprinkle with icing sugar and leave to rest until the upper crust is created (about 1 hour)
- Bake at 200 °C for 6-7 min.
