Bluefin tuna tataki
Tataki, also called tosa-mi, is a technique of preparing fish (usually tuna) or meat typical of Japanese cuisine.
The meat or fish are roasted for a very short time on a pan, but previously marinated and then sliced; they are often topped with sesame or gomasio seeds (that is, toasted sesame and salt) or topped with ginger.
The technique originates from Tosa, Kochi Prefecture.
